The goal and overall purpose
of the Central Transit & Development Corp is to build privatized light-rail
transit systems. Our first system is to be in the City of Fresno and the
surrounding metropolitan area. We are not exclusively a transit company: we
are also involved in real estate development aspects to provide infrastructure
capital.
Privatizing the transit system enables personal mobility; independent from the constant oil industry price increases. The unique aspect of Central Transit & Development Corp is its ability to build a privatized regional alternative transportation system. This system provides a convenient and ecologically friendly transportation system which relieves dependency from the automobile as the principle source of mobility. Our unique method of incorporating Transit Oriented Developments into the transit system is set to raise transportation convenience to the 21st Century level. Our solution is innovation, efficiency, modern technology and ecologic integrity with a community focus on individual needs. We are taking the responsibility to provide community resolutions to social congestion which includes the important immediate issues of individual health that includes improved air quality.
